I am a community ecologist interested in how human-caused disturbances (e.g., fragmentation, fire, warming) alter biodiversity patterns and ecosystem structure. Methods development excites me, as does lowering the barrier to entry for using cutting edge research tools. I enjoy math, short walks on the beach, and running high and far.
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at the University of Colorado Boulder and advised by Dr. Kendi Davies and Dr. Brett Melbourne. Specialties: Spatial analysis, disturbance ecology, remote sensing, fire ecology, forest ecology |
